Salsa. What makes it popular today? Why is it that people who salsa seems to be happier, in better shape and in a better mood compared to others? Of these questions, we see two main dance salsa plays in people's life are healthier and have a social life.
We all know that, having heard or read somewhere part on the benefits of dance. Here are some of the most important to consider:

Now you will have the boldness and courage to ask any girl to dance, and be the center of attention on the dance floor! This sense of accomplishment and auto-safety is something that will take you at the salsa club in your daily life, you could see how the wonders that come to dance salsa spread through his life, turning everything they touch into gold!
