Power Hitter

So you want to be a power hitter? Who does, right? Powerful hitters are the ones who want home runs for their teams and keep the ball away from gardeners. And any softball player definitely wants to do this.

But it takes more than just natural ability of hitting the ball more and beyond. It also has a good amount of time and practice stress, exercise and training to improve on what you do. You can not hit as hard as you want now, but if you keep working to improve, you definitely get wherever you want.

That's why I will help with some of effective softball hitting tips I've listed below. If you are not doing yet, I strongly suggest you try them today and see the difference they make to their game.

Hitting the ball, keep your grip loose. The tendency of most of the batters to hit the ball is to crowd the bat, hoping to create more energy with it. But the opposite is actually true. A looser grip on the bat really creating more bat and ball speed that smothers the bat.

Keep an eye on the ball. One of the knocks that players secrets elite have is their ability to anticipate his opponent's next move. In the case of basketball, for example, good rebounder know where the ball is more likely to go, as seen in this area of the Court accordingly.

In the case of hitting baseballs, good hitters somehow know how predict the trajectory of the ball. You can do this by learning how to track the ball path.
