The 12-bar blues progression is the oldest and is "the musical structure of grain for the blues out there. It began as a I-IV-V or 1 – 4 to 5 notes or special scale chords you are playing in.
To start playing blues you want to know what a 12-bar blues progression is. The questions asked simplistic in relation to the 12-bar blues, what chords or notes do I play? and in what order or progression I play in?
The basic concept the 12-bar blues is the I-IV-V progression, where I, IV and V represent the chords or notes that will be used. What is the I, IV, V exactly.
To be exact, for the key of A, we will use ADE as our I-IV-V progression. Similarly, if you count from E, you will find that the key of E will use EAB as our I-IV-V progression.
Almost all the fingers of old-gatherers and guitar players of Guitar Center made good use of this musical structure. It has a cool beat and is still used much. Once familiar with it, he begins to recognize more and more.
The most basic form of 12-bar blues progression and play structure is 12 bars as follows:
Standard Twelve Bar or shuffle Progression is IIII IV IV IIV IV IV + play one or more, or see table below if that makes more sense for you.
KEY TO Notes to the progression of ADE + Play over more than
KEY B notes for the progression of BEF + Play on more than
KEY OF C Notes to the progression of CFG Play over + over
KEY D Notes for the progression of the DGA Play over + over
KEY E Notes for progression of EAB Play over + over

KEY G Notes for progression GCD Play over + over
The number of A: Play YYYY – DD – AA – E – D – A – E then back to YYYY-DD-AA-EDAE, again using a metronome to get your timing down. This metronome has an accent on the first beat. Never too early to start learning how to play to a metronome. Believe me, time is so important like any other facet of playing the guitar. Seriously.

In short, not to complicate the matter, but, speaking on realistically twelve o'clock blues bar chords can be played well, or using a combination of notes and chords. The main thing is to use the right notes or chords for the key you are using.
