However, if you're looking at money alone and you just know it's going to be on this diet for a while, then the cost per meal can do much more less well in the regular Nutrisystem plan. I know people who are just going to use coupons for the regular package and then make flex on their own. They just go from two days as they would in the other plan. And you'll save ten meals per month and then order the second package of new and save ten meals a month, so that by the time they get to the third month, which is, basically, get one free, since they already have twenty meals hidden. Of course, this depends on your need to stay with the diet during that time. Some people only have a small amount of weight to lose and a few months is enough time to accomplish this for many.

The bottom line is if the program Flex makes sense for you will depend on your unique situation and how much weight to lose. The price is attractive, but the food is different and not only are fewer and fewer of they. Both plans have high customer satisfaction and good results, so I really can not go wrong no matter who you choose.
