One of the most fascinating places in Thailand ever has to be the Khao Sok National Park

Khao Sok is the largest area of virgin forest in southern Thailand and the remnants of a tropical forest that people claim to be older and more diverse than even the rainforest of the Amazon Basin.

In Surat Thani, located east to Phuket on southern and north of Ranong, Khao Sok is readily available. And therein lies the beauty of Khao Sok, tourists go to Koh Samui, Koh Tao and Koh Phuket the south and Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai in the north, and rarely have time to explore Khao Sok is therefore a virgin and still offers incredible natural beauty.
