Salsa. What makes it popular today? Why is it that people who salsa seems to be happier, in better shape and in a better mood compared to others? Of these questions, we see two main dance salsa plays in people's life are healthier and have a social life.

We all know that, having heard or read somewhere part on the benefits of dance. Here are some of the most important to consider:

· Is a great cardiovascular activity that is fun, is much easier to spend three hours dancing than it is spending forty-five minutes the tape.
