Here is another recipe of my own invention and I have served my family and friends for many years. It is simply called "Mom's Yummy Enchiladas". It's fast, easy, for diabetics, and a complete meal-in-one. In today's busy society, we are all looking for something that is quick and easy, tastes good, not break the food budget, and is tasty. I think this recipe fits the bill. You have meat, dairy products, vegetables and bread (tortillas) at the entree. Simply add the complement of the lettuce and diced tomatoes, which added the salad. What could be easier? And tasty, too! If you like Tex-Mex, you should love this recipe! Happy eating!

Yummy mom Enchiladas

1 1 / 4 pounds lean ground beef

1 mild can chili beans

1 dozen flour tortillas

1 medium onion, chopped

3 / 4 lb grated cheddar cheese, divided

1 can enchilada sauce, your "heat" preference as desired

Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium heat. Pour into a colander and drain well. Rinse hot water to remove fat. The beef in the skillet and add beans. Heat to simmer and cook for 5-10 minutes. Divide the meat / bean mixture in a uniform among the 12 tortillas concentrated mixture in the center of tortillas. Divide the onion evenly among the tortillas by adding the top of the beef and bean mixture. Top with about 1 tablespoon of cheese on the tortilla. Roll tortilla tightly around the mixture and hold together with a toothpick. Put together in a baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over tortillas, covering each. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the sauce. Add to casserole dish lid or cover with foil if the lid not available. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted. Remove from oven and place on individual plates or a serving platter. Garnish with lettuce and diced tomatoes. Serve with sour cream, guacamole and salsa, if desired.

This recipe is suitable for diabetics as it contains proteins in meat, beans and cheese to offset the carbs.

NOTE: Be sure to remove toothpicks before serving! Choking on a toothpick ESCONDIDO May be fatal. That said her kitchen was not killed anyone!

Golf beginners looking for their first set of clubs can often rush the purchase stage before taking on board proper advice and really getting a feel for the most suitable clubs which will suit their game.

Quite often, new players will take an interest in golf with the intention of playing the game regularly but after several rounds, the interest starts to wane and in many cases, they’re left with an expensive set of golf clubs that gather dust in the basement or in the trunk of a car.

How Serious Are You About Golf?

If you are in the beginners stage and showing an interest in making golf a regular past time then hold back on purchasing your first set of clubs. Why? Golf is a game of skill and patience and as a beginner, your initial foray into the game will be all about mastering the art of the golf swing and mastering individual clubs. As your game improves and you need to go up a level, then you can start to think about adding an extra club or two. Again, clubs should be added only after receiving proper advice.

There are lots of brands to choose from such as Wilson, King Cobra, Titliest, Callaway, Nike, Ping, Slazenger and the list goes on. In fact, as a beginner, you’ll be slightly overwhelmed about which brand is best. Don’t get too hung up on what brand you should buy. Quite often, new golfers will buy a brand of clubs simply because they are in fashion or because they received rash advice from friends. In the end, most brands have excellent quality clubs; what you need to decide is not which brand to buy but which club to buy.

Try Before You Buy

An excellent way of finding the most suitable clubs for you is to venture into a major golf store and try them out. Many golf superstores will have inside driving ranges where prospective buyers can try before they buy. It’s much like a clothing store where you try the clothes on to see if they fit right. The same concept applies to swinging a club before buying it: you want to make sure it’s the right fit. Does it feel right; does it grip right, how well does it swing and how much flexibility does it have? Doing it this way gives you the best chance of selecting the clubs that feel right to you.

Remember, purchasing golf clubs can be an expensive experience. By showing initial patience in the selection process, you’ll come up with a set of clubs you can mold your game around and when you reach a competent level, then you can think about an upgrade.

Ping has an almost unbelievable number of choices of putters for golfers. I counted 176 different varieties of putters that are available in different types of metals, inserts and other technologies. This does not count the 36 additional options that are available on line to specify that allows golfers to mix, for example, front of the Ping Anser putter with the back of a Zing model. So if a golfer has an idea about the type and style of putter you prefer, Ping have probably a solution. The philosophy is to offer putters Ping alignment of the model shown in the various technologies they have adopted. In other words, there is an Anser putter Ping available in one almost all the series that are offered. Each series of putters will use a certain metal or combination of metal, and insert some type of face putter or other technology. Ping i Series by

The i Series is a new line of putters that will ship to retailers until November 2007. These putters also have what is called multi-level alignment aid. The thin and rectangular top edge of the putter contrasts with the intended lines in the back cavity to make alignment easier. There are seven models to be offer including Karsten Series Anser, Anser 2, B60, B67, Zing, Craz-E, and Piper models of putter head.

Redwood Series

This series is the name of Redwood City, California, where Karsten Solheim started working on putters in his garage, and this was the beginning of the company Ping. These are all the putters milled 303 stainless steel. Some players like the feel of a milled putter. Three traditional models are offered in this format, the Anser, Zing, and Piper.

The JAS Craz-E One

This is a new addition to the JAS line of putters. This stick has a form which closely resembles some of the two ball putters on the market today, but do not use balls as alignment aids. It has a rectangular alignment aid on its large back plate. The putter head is made of C805 lightweight aluminum, and 4 heavy tungsten weights were added to the perimeter, which creates a high MOI. In fact, the JAS Craz-E One has the highest MOI of any suit on the Ping lineup, so that is why most forgiving putter in the product offering. The color is deep black and has a modern look. I would say that is quite attractive the future.
