Summer is upon us and is the perfect time to slim and fit. In this post I want to share with you my personal method to get in shape and stay that manner throughout the year

I will discuss the three stages

Stage 1 is an aerobics!

Yes, I know that many people can not stand and I was no exception to this rule, until I found spinning! Spinning exercise or ride a stationary bike is not only powerful and effective in burning fat (900 calories you burn in 50 minutes) is also fun and exciting!

I can not show how to perform the exercise of spinning your best option here because is joining a spinning exercise class or get their own version with a video bicycle. But I will show you how best to use exercises spinning cutting body fat

The best way to burn fat is to do with spinning interval training. What is interval training is when Sprint or run or cycle fast / hard for 2 minutes, then reduce (reduce the speed and intensity) for a given interval and then repeat the process .. training the range normally last for 40-50 minutes

Doing interval training burns more calories than regular aerobic exercise and also increases your metabolic rate, so it burns fat even after you finish exercising and at rest

The best training frequency range is 4 days a week is all you need if you are 20 kilos overweight and 50 minutes a shot

If more than 30 kilos overweight perform a low intensity (not the training intervals in the beginning) spinning workout 5 days per week

If you really want to drop 10.12 pounds in a period of 2 weeks then spin (interval training) twice daily for 2 weeks (5 days a week), I call this fat loss emergency session and should not be used more than 2 weeks-and that will lead to overtraining.
